Celebrating 70 Years of Singing - Joint Concert in Chester Cathedral
The City of Chester Male Voice Choir hosted an excellent Concert in the magnificent surroundings of Chester Cathedral on Saturday 17th September 2011. The Chester Male Voice Choir, The Low Fell Singers and Harrow Apollo Male Choir were all celebrating their 70th Anniversary this year. The 3 Choirs were supported by Chester Ladies Choir.
The choristers and guests of the Harrow Apollo Male Choir enjoyed the delights of the wonderful City of Chester during an extended weekend break.

70th Anniversary Concert Raises £1700 for the RAF Benevolent Fund
In the company of the Symphonic Brass of the Central Band of the Royal Air Force and the Wycombe Orpheus Male Voice Choir, an outstanding programme was delivered to a sell-out audience at the Watersmeet Theatre, Rickmansworth on Saturday 2nd April 2011.
A cheque for £1700 was presented to Wing Commander (Retd) Paul Hewson, Regional Director RAF Benevolent Fund at a ceremony on Wednesday 11th May 2011.
